Return Policy

Legal Notice

The purpose of this policy is to establish the guidelines under which HSN SAS manages requests for exchange, return or withdrawal of products and services acquired by our customers through physical and digital channels, in accordance with current Colombian regulations.

Right of withdrawal


In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the contract in the case of services, provided that its execution has not yet begun.

To exercise this right:

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories.

The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs and other expenses related to the return.

HSN SAS will make the refund within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the returned product and validation of the indicated conditions.

Cases excluded from the right of withdrawal


This does not apply in the following cases:

Products or services customized or configured according to customer specifications.

Software programs or licenses whose activation has been initiated.

Services already performed or in progress, with the consumer's authorization.

Products for personal use or those that, by their nature, cannot be returned.

Warranty Returns

If the product or service presents defects or failures attributable to manufacturing or operation, the customer may request the application of the legal guarantee in accordance with Decree 735 of 2013.


The procedures will apply as appropriate: repair, replacement or refund, at no additional cost to the buyer.

Procedure for requesting refunds


To process a request, the customer must:

Send an email to support@hsn-sas.co with the subject line “Refund Request”.

Include invoice number, purchase date, product or service description, and reason for request.

Attach evidence of the product's condition (photograph or video, if applicable).

The customer service area will verify the request and issue a response within the next five (5) business days.
